  • Member of the EndPoint Technologies team, which provide primary computing support, device and lifecycle management for over 1000 end‑users across more than 70 administrative, business, and academic departments

  • Primary responsibility is managing Jamf Pro instance for Iowa State University consisting of over 50 individual sites
    with over 6000 Macs and 3000 iOS devices

  • Designs and implements effective monitoring of enterprise systems by utilizing data modeling and reporting tools
    built into Jamf Pro, including API, and developing custom dashboards and reporting using PowerBI and custom scripts

  • Develops documentation and training for technical and non‑technical audiences, demonstrates and leads campus‑
    wide events regarding best practices for managing and securing Macs and methods for utilizing Jamf Pro

  • Introduced and built DevOps workflows to maintain Jamf Pro artifacts such as configuration profiles, custom JSON
    manifests, and scripts into GitHub and currently building automation workflows for AutoPkg and Jamf‑Upload
